I came to Sincere by chance through a Health and Fitness challenge. I won 12 weeks of his services.....his training techniques flat out work! I feel better than I have in 15-20 years! .....so much so...that Iam now a regular paying client!.

Sincere's methods dont leave any stone unturned...we work the ENTIRE body, not just one part at a time...so results happen quick! I have also learned other aspects about me and my desire and ability through Sincere's teaching of the mental asect of training.I am a serious cyclist, and Sincere designed a routine that hit all the main muscles I use on the bike, and my improvment was incredible!

I often hear his words when I am tired on the bike...his mind over matter techniques aways help me through the tough times. If you are thinking you are misrable because of your weight, and can't even do 1 situp much less have a personal trainer.....well I was there too. Here are my results after 12 weeks with Sincere:.

total weight - start-282.4.....end 243.6 = 38.8 lbs lost.
fat% - start 43%.....end 34.8%...... = -8.2%
cholesterol- start-216.....end -166 = -50 points
blood sugar - start 92......end -82 = -10
blood pressure - start 152/88 ...end -132/84.
pant size- start - I was tight in a 44 inch waist....now a little loose in a 40 inch waist.

Deciding to have Sincere Hogan as my personal trainer has been one of the best decisions of my life. I appreciate the flexibility of the scheduled sessions that Sincere put forth. I was looking for a way to maintain a healthier eating lifestyle and tone my body. I have reached my goals after working with Sincere. I was in search of motivation when I decided to work with a trainer. I am now very self motivated to work out more than ever. I feel very confident when I work out alone knowing that I have learned the proper techniques to work out particular areas of my body. Sincere has helped me to get on the right path for maintaining a healthy body. I have adapted to eating healthier and tend to mentor my peers on what I have learned from my experience with Sincere as my personal trainer. The fit camp has been great! When I first started I could hardly do a squat, and now I am doing squats and much much more, stuff I never thought I could do. Even in the beginning, Sincere was so great to not judge me and he is always positive.

I have so much more energy, I find myself using the fit camp as my own energy drink of sorts. It gives me a great kick and I look forward to every class. I don't think I have ever looked forward to working out.. seriously NEVER! Now the fit camp is what I look forward to... it is my own Happy Hour of sorts, the way I end my workday!

My clothes are not fitting anymore, I have had to buy more belts to keep my pants up! My co-workers and friends keep asking me "what are you doing girl? where is this glow coming from?" I just tell them.. Sincere and the Fit Camp!
